**Who are we looking for**:

- We are looking for a smart and dynamic person, who is passionate about the XR industry, growing the developer & consumer community. Also, helping students realise their dreams by guiding them in making judicious & informed decisions about their future.
- The successful applicant would thrive in a challenging role, and be a great advisor to Developers, students learning XR. We would like to invite people who have worked in or would like to work with progressive organizations, as part of a successful team to come and join us.
- Bringing traction to the Community portal, a hub for developers, students and industries. Managing the activities of the portal such as publishing contents, blogs, tech updates, etc.
- If you think you would enjoy working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization, you are the right person for us. Also someone who can grow, market and place the community in right direction for Developers, learners and consumers.

**Top 3 Daily Tasks**:

- Developing and growing Creators & developer economy.
- Managing students' community on our platform.
- Planning & executing meetups, events, etc for growth of community.

**Minimum work experience required**:

- 3+ years of work experience.

**Top 5 Skills you should possess**:

- Excellent communication skills (English) and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Understanding (Technical Diploma or BEng).
- Patience to handle tough pressure.
- Ability to work in a low supervision but high ownership environment.
- Genuine interest in helping people succeed.

**What would you be expected to do**:

- Upon joining, you will go through a training program where you will be taught about the platform and students' assignments.
- You would then be assigned a community manager to help you get answers to your routine, day-to-day questions.
- Once settled, you would be expected to counsel students on the phone and on community platforms on the basis of the knowledge and training imparted to you at the time of onboarding.
- You will also be checking assignments on the basis of the knowledge and training imparted to you at the time of onboarding.
- You will be responsible for increasing the engagement of students.
- You will also have to get in touch with the colleges and impart knowledge about the course to the students when necessary.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
