We are looking for Young and Energetic Sales representation to work in our Showroom located at Coimbatore.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

As a Jewelry Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our jewelry products to individual customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving to improve sales.

**Job Responsibilities -**
- Welcome the customers with smiling face.
- Provide accurate information on our Jewelry (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customer’s questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products within the store
- Ensure display are fully stocked
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients.

**Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.**
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales
- Must have excellent knowledge of jewelry products
- Must be able to dress professionally at all times
- Possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms
- Must have the ability to satisfy customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
