**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive (Graduate Freshers)
**Location**: Uttam Nagar East, New Delhi
**Salary**: ₹20,000 per month
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Shift Timing**: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking dynamic and motivated **graduate freshers** for our customer service team at our Uttam Nagar East office. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide support to customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Graduate fresher** (any discipline).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A positive attitude, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
