Position Overview:
The SAP Authorization Consultant will be responsible for supporting SAP S/4HANA, CRM and BW authorizations, user administration activities. The role includes analyzing and resolving user access issues, performing troubleshooting, and delivering effective solutions in a timely manner.

Technical Expertise:

- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, CRM and BW security L2/ L3 support.
- Working experience in creating, modifying, and troubleshooting SAP authorization roles (single, composite, and derived).
- Proficient in role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis
- Working Experience with SAP user administration and role assignment via SU01, SU10, PFCG, and related transactions.
- Good understanding of authorization concepts in various SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, HCM).
- Proficiency in using security troubleshooting tools like SU53, ST01, STAUTHTRACE, and SUIM reports.
- SAP technical expertise on AIM activities pertaining to system copy & upgrade phases e. g SU24/SU25 maintenance etc.
- Experience in transport management for authorization roles.
- Design, develop, and manage SAP BW roles and authorizations to ensure secure access to reports, InfoProviders, InfoArea, Queries/Reports etc.,
- Strong knowledge on SAP Analytical Authorizations (RSECADMIN)
- Working knowledge on SAP BW queries and with Access database
- Troubleshoot authorization failures in BEx, Analysis for Office (AFO), and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Knowledge about SAP Query Designer, Analysis for MS Excel and SAP BW process chains
- Support security configuration in SAP BW landscapes, including connections to ECC and S/4HANA
- Design, develop, and manage SAP CRM roles and authorizations to ensure secure access within WebUI, Interaction Center (IC)
- Strong knowledge on SAP CRM Business Roles, Organizational Model, Territory Management
- Troubleshoot authorization failures in CRM WebUI and CRM Interaction Center
- Support security configuration in SAP CRM landscapes, including connections to BW, ECC and S/4HANA
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and similar tools e.g TARIS - market standard called /"SeparationsEnforcer/" software solution provided by SecurityWeaver/Pathlock
- Proficient in SAP Identity Management (IDM) for user lifecycle management preferable with Saviynt IAM tool

Other Technical Skills (added advantage):

- Exposure to SAP GRC Access Control workflows and risk analysis.
- Awareness of SAP Cloud security is a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-facing experience.
- Team collaboration and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
