Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust IAM solutions that align with business requirements- Designing and maintaining secure architecture for authentication authorization and access control mechanisms - Ensuring compliance with industry standards best practices and regulatory requirements related to IAM such as NIST ISO 27001 and GDPR- Providing technical leadership and guidance to other team members and stakeholders on IAM-related projects - Monitoring and analyzing IAM performance metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities - Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in IAM to continually enhance our security posture - Close collaboration with relevant teams in the SAP Identity and Access Management space - Driving the continuous improvement of SAP s corporate Identity and Access Management landscapes - Conducting security audits and support penetration testing to identify and address IAM-related vulnerabilities- Identifying documenting and mitigating technical-level Identity and Access Management-related risks What you bring - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related field - Proven experience as a Security Architect or in a similar role- At least 6 years of professional experience in a technical Identity and Access Management IAM or IT Security role- Expertise in IAM solutions such as authentication authorization single sign-on SSO and access control- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to analyze complex challenges and formulate robust solution proposals -
