**Responsibilities**:
**Marketing and Outreach**: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified applicants. Represent Mahaveer University at college fairs, school visits, community events, and other outreach activities. Create and distribute promotional materials to prospective students and educational institutions.

**Collaboration and Coordination**: Work closely with academic departments, financial aid office, student services, and other university offices to ensure prospective students receive comprehensive and coordinated support. Coordinate with alumni and current students to facilitate engagement opportunities such as testimonials, mentoring, and referral programs.

**Support Services**: Provide counseling on academic and career opportunities available at the university. Address inquiries and concerns from applicants and their families in a timely and professional manner. Assist in the organization and execution of orientation programs for new students.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, marketing, or a related field. **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, marketing, or a related area, preferably within a higher education setting.

**Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other office software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and customer service orientation. Knowledge of university admissions processes and requirements. Willingness to travel for recruitment events and activities.
