Job Title: Admission CounselorLocation: NoidaDepartment: Online UG/PG Courses Employment Type: Full-timeExperience Required: 0.6- 2 Years About the Role:As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career goals. You will play a key role in driving admissions and achieving enrollment targets.Key Responsibilities:Counsel and guide students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and career options.Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins to provide information about courses and admission procedures.Convert student inquiries into successful enrollments through effective communication and follow-up.Maintain accurate student databases and track all interactions in CRM systems.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.Assist students with documentation, form-filling, and fee payment processes.Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.Participate in webinars, counseling sessions, and promotional activities.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Psychology preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong, convincing, and negotiation abilities.Good command of English and Hindi (additional regional languages will be a plus).Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.Prior experience in counseling, EdTech, or education sales is an added advantage.Key Competencies:Student-focused and empathetic approach.Goal-oriented and self-motivated.Quick learner with problem-solving attitude.Team player with a positive outlook.Growth Opportunities:Performance-based incentives and bonuses.Opportunity to move into senior counselor, team leader, or business development roles.Exposure to a fast-growing education and career guidance environment.
