**Position Title**: Admission Counselor

**Department**: Admissions

**Reports To**: Director of Admissions

**Position Summary**: The Admission Counselor is responsible for recruiting and advising prospective students about the institute academic programs, admissions process, financial aid, and student life. The counselor plays a key role in the enrollment process by building relationships with students, families, high school counselors, and community partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, student services, or a related area preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with admissions databases

- Customer service orientation with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong presentation skills and comfort speaking to large groups.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to travel frequently, sometimes for extended periods.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods during recruitment events and campus tours.
- Ability to lift and carry recruitment materials and event supplies.

**Work Environment**:

- Primarily office-based with significant time spent traveling to off-campus locations.
- Dynamic, fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with students and staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
