Requirement:
The requirement of this role is to implement, troubleshoot & resolve complex functional problems in modules of Peoplesoft campus solutions with problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.
- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios in Peoplesoft 9.2.
- Contributed as functional consultant / business analyst for a minimum of two implementations and/or 6+ years of Campus 9.2 solutions.
- Upgrade and implementation experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 experience in various modules including Student Records, Student Financials, Financial aid, Campus Community, Academic Advisement, Contributor Relations, etc.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, documenting design, testing, planning and execution, training strategy, and overall implementation planning.
- Excellent troubleshooting & analytical skills.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- Must be able to QA test development work and work with the technical development team to ensure customer requirements are met
- Technical proficiency in developing user reports with PS/Query.
- High flexibility to remain agile in a fast-changing business and organizational environment.
- Must be opened to work extended hours to take up client calls, interacting with onshore / Onsight counterpart.
