
Export Import Documentation Executive

**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, verify, and manage commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and delivery orders.
- Liaise with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments to coordinate timely dispatches.
- Handle DGFT and ICEGATE online documentation including e-BRCs, shipping bills, MEIS/RODTEP claims, etc.
- Ensure timely clearance and filing of pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation.
- Keep track of all shipments and maintain updated MIS records and logs.
- Work closely with accounts for payment-related documentation under LC/advance/DP terms.
- Ensure 100% compliance with customs regulations, export-import policies, and trade documentation norms.
**Key Requirements**
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an export-import company (manufacturing/trading preferred).
- Good understanding of international trade documentation, incoterms, and export-import compliance.
- Proficient in using ICEGATE, DGFT portals, and MS Excel.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach.
**Preferred Attributes**
- Prior experience working with FMCG/consumer goods/logistics/export houses.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Tally ERP, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle documentation audits.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
