**Overview**
- The role holder is responsible for supporting the admissions process, maintaining the student database and ensuring the smooth processing of new student admissions.
**Responsibilities**
- Respond to** customer queries**received through the helpdesk promptly and accurately.
- Administers students’ admissions, student visa, other documents, policies and procedures, rule and regulations in compliance with the Ministry of Education and academic progression requirements
- Maintains and updates the student database for new, existing and graduating students, and the alumni database
- Handle and resolve customer calls received on the campus hotline with professionalism and empathy.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and collection of data, such as enrolment numbers, and analyses the data to detect outliers and trends
- Manages communication tools as well as the school website, newsletter, brochures and other written communication to keep parents up-to-date
- Connect with existing customer to solicit referrals and encourage participation in school activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the customer community to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
