Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, including material procurement, manpower management, and equipment deployment, to ensure project progress according to plans and specifications.
- Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications, and communicate requirements to the project team to ensure adherence to design standards and client expectations.
- Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality of workmanship, and take corrective actions as necessary to maintain project schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services, and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations, procedures, and best practices on-site to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage, and promote a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with construction standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Document daily activities, progress reports, and work schedules, and provide regular updates to project managers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Manage and motivate on-site personnel, including laborers, tradespeople, and subcontractors, to maximize productivity and teamwork.
- Address any technical or engineering challenges encountered during construction and collaborate with the project team to find effective solutions.
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of construction equipment, tools, and facilities to support efficient and safe operations on-site.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
