Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor who can manage day-to-day site operations and also handle basic office tasks. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in civil work, strong organizational skills, and good communication ability.

Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision

  • Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per plan.
  • Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor material usage, quality of work, and safety compliance.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and resolve site-level issues.
  • Report daily progress to management.

Office & Administrative Tasks

  • Manage front-desk and act as a receptionist when required.
  • Maintain files, documents, and basic office records.
  • Handle small accounting responsibilities like tracking daily expenses and preparing expense sheets.
  • Assist in office maintenance and coordination with service providers.

Civil Work Knowledge

  • Understanding of basic civil construction processes, materials, and site measurements.
  • Ability to read and interpret simple drawings will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of civil work.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask between site and office responsibilities.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, coordination, and time management.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, documentation).

Salary: As per experience
