Job Summary:

The Electrical Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising electrical installation, maintenance, and project execution at the site in Urla. The role involves monitoring daily work, coordinating with technicians, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day electrical work at the site.
  • Oversee installation, wiring, panel work, cable laying, earthing, and electrical equipment setup.
  • Ensure all work is completed as per technical drawings, standards, and safety norms.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth execution of tasks.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and resolve technical issues on priority.
  • Maintain daily work reports, material records, and progress updates.
  • Check availability of tools, materials, and ensure proper use.
  • Enforce safety practices and ensure workers use PPE at all times.
  • Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
  • Report project progress and issues to the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in electrical site work / project supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, breakers, meters, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read electrical layouts and technical drawings.
  • Good communication and team-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Word) for reporting.
