Reporting to the Clinic Manager overseeing the clinic, the CRE leads and

inspires staff while managing the business, day-to-day operations, and

supporting patient care functions. Responsible for administrative and

financial analysis, care coordination of clinical services and

communication, space management, clinical outcomes, quality and safety

reporting, revenue cycle management, policy development and

deployment.

**Responsibilities**:

- To take responsibility for the complete sales of the clinic such

as clinic therapies, service standards.
- To be responsible for counseling the visitors about therapies, laser

treatments, hair transplants or other treatments as per need or as

suggested by doctors. He/ she should have knowledge of skin and

lasers, common therapies like peels, facials, lasers (Laser hair

reduction, tattoo removal) & hair transplant.
- Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet

organizational goals

- Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide

constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet

their professional goals
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance

with the laws.
- Will be responsible to handle outbound and inbound calls from

the prospects and convert them into confirmed patients who will

visit the clinic.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on

patients' requests.
- Answer and make calls professionally to provide information

about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details

of complaints.

Qualifications & skills

required:

- 3+ years prior experience in the sales. Preference will be given to
- 3+ years of proven success in leadership roles with excellent

written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound

judgment when making decisions
- Must be patient service service-oriented & extremely organized and

detail-oriented

**Salary-30,000/- to 40,000/-**
