For our client's sales outbounds, we are seeking a telemarketer
**Responsibilities**:
1. Outbound Calling: Conduct proactive and strategic outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists, databases, or leads generated by marketing campaigns.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering relevant information, assessing their needs, and determining their interest in the product or service offered.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services, features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate and promote them to potential customers.
4. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and pain points of each potential customer, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of the product or service.
5. Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential customers through effective communication, active listening, and understanding of their requirements.
6. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for interested leads with the appropriate sales team members or field representatives.
7. Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but require additional information or time to make a decision.
8. CRM Management: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
9. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, conversion rates, and key performance indicators to the sales manager or team leader.
10. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets, quotas, and key performance metrics set by the sales management team.
11. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office productivity tools.
- Resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejection.
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and product offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
