**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-line inspection of components, assemblies, and final products.
- Identify and document non-conformities, ensuring defective items are properly segregated.
- Use precision measurement tools (e.g., callipers, micrometres, gauges) for quality checks.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications (GD&T).
- Maintain inspection reports and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Support implementation of Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma initiatives
- Sound communication skills, drawing reading, decision making, Creativity, Development knowledge, Broad understanding of the product, Driving for results.
- Conduct Stage wise Inspection (i.e. Inward, In-process, & Final Inspection), Necessary Actions to avoid NC, conduct SPC, MSA, Layout Inspection as per plan, Process & Product Audit. Participation in CFT Meeting in Development & Customer Complaint.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Education: B.E. Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 1-4 years in an automotive or industrial manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949
- Knowledge of GD&T, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Ready to work in 3 shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
