The Impact you will create in the Job: • Sell Netcore’s Mail Infra products and services (IT Sales) & AWS/Azure Cloud Solutions. • Identify the potential prospects & set up meetings with end customers. • Understand client’s requirements & challenges. • Proposing appropriate solution / Addressing client’s concern • Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly assigned targets • Ensuring timely payment collection • Maintaining Daily / Weekly reports and ensuring smooth execution of the proposed solution • Accountable for new business development and revenue from new clients through direct sales and customer relationship management • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned Netcore product lines • Send proposals and conduct product demos regularly and customize product offering in partnership with the technical teams • Fixing appointments for products demos with clients followed by mailing them presentations. • Manage relationship with existing clients for revenue maximization by identifying X-sell & Up-sell opportunities. • Follow up with prospective clients & should be able to close deals. What we look for? • Graduation is a must. MBA in Marketing is preferred • Knowledge of Business development, Lead generation, Negotiations, Closure. • Good understanding of sales for IT products and services. • Self-motivated, self-starter and goal-oriented. • Understanding of Account management, Strategy & Planning, Complex Selling • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment. • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT sales preferably in technology selling, IT solution selling. • Demonstrated Negotiation, Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills required. • Able to work independently yet a good team player and quick learner.
