**Role Overview**:
We are hiring for the position of **Founder's Office - Growth**, a high-impact role designed for individuals who are self-driven, strategic, and eager to work alongside the leadership team to support and scale critical business functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the founders to manage day-to-day operations and key priorities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects with timely execution and reporting
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to streamline workflows
- Support internal communication and represent founders in meetings when required
- Optimize business processes and implement systems to track key metrics
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth external coordination
- Take ownership of ad-hoc strategic tasks and special projects as needed

**Who Should Apply**:

- Professionals with **4 to 5 years of experience** in operations, business strategy, consulting, or startup environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and multitask effectively
- High ownership mindset and readiness to take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced setup
