Job Description:
- Provide support to Administration Head.
- Excellent typing speed And Accuracy Essential & Understanding of files systems and file types
*Assist Senior Management Staff As On Need Basis
- Respond to inquiries as needed to resolve problems to maintain quality customer service and records management
**1. Recruitment**
- Source JD from identified sources based on JDs procured from concerned department/unit
- Conduct written test, facilitate pre-interview arrangements, schedule interview and maintain interview tracker.
- Collect all the required documents for records and Employee Background verification
- For Outside locations, recruitment support via LinkedIn recruiter & Global consultants.
2.**Training and Development**
- Identify training needs of the employees in discussion with unit heads and prepare training calendar based on the same.
- Plan, track, records and coordinate with management and with employees for training program as per schedule.
- Maintain training program and feedback tracker and prepare quarterly training reports
3 - **Timeliness of reports, vendor interactions and payments**
4 - **Employee feedback on training.**
5 - **Employee Movement**
- Manage all joining/ Transfer/ Separation/Exit formalities of staff and executives
- Initiate arrangement for joining - employee code creation, desktop arrangement, payroll intimation etc.
- Initiate necessary actions in SAP and ELC in case of separation or transfer, similarly intimation to payroll regarding the same
Job Location : Taloja MIDC.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
