**Education Service Intern (Remote work-from-home)**
- About Us: We are a Singapore based company and have been in the Children’s Education Industry for more than 20 years, providing academic and enrichment programmes to schools and institutions for more than 10,000 students. We strongly believe that children’s education should be more than the mindless pursuit of grades and doing well in exams. Character Education should be considered as essential to education as reading, writing and arithmetic. We start an Edutech business that empowers children with essential lifeskills & character attributes for academic and life success, adopting scientifically proven and evidence based ways of teaching character education and attitudinal development using fun and tested pedagogical learning methods; these LifeSkills (we term these skills in educational psychology as Social Emotional Skills) are premised on scientifically proven learning methods in the National Institute of Education NIE/Nanyang Technological University NTU (NIE/NTU is the only teaching authority in Singapore) research and are evidence-based ways of developing character and LifeSkills training for children.
- Our Mission: We're all about creating a fun, engaging, and effective learning experience for children aged 5-15. We are looking for interns who share the belief that education should be more than just grades and we can do more for our children if we put more emphasis on character education.

- What We're All About: We help kids improve their academic skills by increasing their capacity to learn through character strengths training; develop students’ essential attitudinal skills-sets and Character Strengths like grit, Self
- control, having the purpose, confidence, habits, and other SEL skills-sets.. all of which can be taught and skills acquired, leading to greater academic performance and better lifeskills that leads to better health, relationships and better life.

Purview & Responsibilities:
Social Media, Project Management and Advocacy efforts
- Administration support duties as required
- Produces content (as per required by company), key messages, and posts designed
to drive traffic (create community of advocators for character strengths building), promote
audience engagement, and support company objectives
- Responsible for social media management (including brainstorming on
content direction / overarching strategy, proof reading of content)
- Supports a strong audience experience, aligned with the client and driving
the company’s brand engagement on social media.
- Support in implementing strategic and tactical Social media management to
reinforce brand positioning
- Admin Support
- create content (using AI such as chatgpt or others); graphics / articles
- IT Support (website, landing page etc)

Deliverables
- Campaign Execution: Planning, developing, and launching at least one major
social media campaign that drives awareness for the Company’s programs
- Creative Content: Development of posts, graphics, or short-form videos
tailored to different platforms (Instagram, Youtube videos/reels, LinkedIn, etc.).

**Full / Part-time position**:

- Salary: ₹1000 - 10,000 /month

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher;
- Experience in teaching or tutoring (bonus but not required)
- Basic IT Tech Skills to create digital contents
- Digital Marketing skills to build community (bonus not not compulsory)
- Fluent English speaker with a neutral accent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week

Supplemental Pay:
