and offline courses focused on Marketing and Communication, designed to upskill aspiring

professionals and entrepreneurs across India.

**About the Internship**

We are looking for passionate and proactive Sales and Operations Coordinator Interns to join

our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in startup operations, customer

engagement, and sales coordination — a perfect opportunity to build a strong foundation in the

business and edtech sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for potential and existing customers from the Kerala

region.
- Coordinate sales activities and follow up with leads to ensure program enrollments.
- Manage daily operations related to the marketing and communication course (both online

and offline formats).
- Assist in scheduling classes, coordinating with instructors, and ensuring smooth class

execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Support marketing campaigns targeted at the Kerala region.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
