We are seeking a driven, eager-to-learn Intern to join our TA Team. As a TA Coordinator Intern, you will help us with interview coordination. We want someone who is a self-starter, passionate about technology, and excited to learn something new.

**Recruitment Support**:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone, video, and in-person meetings, across time zones.
- Manage changes to schedules efficiently, providing timely updates to all stakeholders.

**Systems and Reporting**:

- Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activity, pipeline progress, and time-to-fill.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

**Administrative Support**:

- Support recruiters with administrative tasks, such as posting job advertisements and managing job board accounts.
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, including career fairs and on-campus hiring initiatives.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
