Scope:

- Design and develop products and tools to be able to produce product that meets high quality requirements and performance standards.
- Study and analysis of inputs received and process requirements to provide best possible solution.

Job Profile
- Evaluation of Enquiries in terms of complete information, business Strategy & feasibility.
- Should be able to make the best proposal drawing based on input given by stake holders by using preferably NX or AutoCAD
- Act as a role model/coach for sales engineers and distributor team in terms of right design for the tool.
- Collaboration and communication with Global Design Offices.
- Monitoring of high value opportunities and proactive support to convert them in sales.
- Monitor progress and work towards objectives set for quotation design lead times.
- Responsible to create manufacturing designs and drawings using NX by evaluation of enquiries in terms of complete information, business strategy, and feasibility.
- Ensure design quality and make designs are as per specific production unit requirement and cost effective to produce.
- Effective use of business systems and tools available. E.g. Design Wizard, ECTR, CAPP, PLM.
- Documentations of designs as per standard processes set.
- Monitor progress and work towards objectives set for manufacturing design lead times & Delivery Precision.
- FEM as and when required.
- Engineering support for projects of specific requirements from sales team / customers.
- Work in identified Product Development Projects (PDP).
- Active participation design automation R&D projects e.g., Creating UDF’s

Your Profile:

- Graduate in Mechanical/Production Engineering. Diploma Holders with exceptional talent and relevant skills can also be considered
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CAD is must. CAM & Automation experience will be added advantage.
- CAD, NX12 expertise.
