Staff Nurse

**Position Overview**

Women Pride PVT. LTD. (A leading Hospital Chain) is looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our fertility care team. The Nurse will play a vital role in providing clinical support during fertility treatments, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining high standards of care. This role requires expertise in assisting with IVF procedures, patient counseling, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Care and Support**:

- Assist in patient consultations and provide emotional support throughout their fertility journey.
- Educate patients on IVF procedures, medications, and treatment schedules.
- Guide patients in administering fertility injections and monitor their responses.
- **Clinical Assistance**:

- Assist doctors during procedures such as ultrasounds, egg retrievals, and embryo transfers.
- Perform routine patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs.
- Collect blood samples for hormone testing and ensure timely lab processing.
- **Medication Administration and Monitoring**:

- Administer prescribed medications, including injections, as per protocol.
- Monitor and report any adverse reactions or complications to the medical team.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient progress.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure proper documentation of patient records in the clinic’s management system.
- Adhere to IVF protocols, infection control standards, and clinic policies.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient information.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with physicians, embryologists, and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules with patients.
- Address patient inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in Nursing (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or equivalent).
- Valid nursing registration/license as per state regulations.
- Previous experience in an IVF or women’s health setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of fertility treatments, medications, and protocols is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and patient management software.

**Work Hours**
- Full-time position.
- Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

**Compensation**
- Competitive salary and additional benefits as per company policy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,745.38 - ₹23,350.61 per month
