**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our IVF Center. The PRO will be responsible for building strong relationships with patients, stakeholders, and the community while promoting the services and values of our center.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the center’s services through various channels, including social media, events, and community outreach.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication with patients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and clinics.
- Organize awareness campaigns, health talks, and community events to promote the center’s services.
- Monitor and respond to patient feedback, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Prepare reports and presentations to evaluate the impact of PR and marketing efforts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, preferably in healthcare or the IVF industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Empathetic and patient-focused approach to handling sensitive situations.
