Women Pride PVT. LTD. (A leading Hospital Chain) is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing critical support to ensure the safe and effective use of fertility treatments. This role requires excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, IVF medications, and a commitment to patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Dispensing and Patient Support**:

- Accurately prepare and dispense medications based on prescriptions.
- Provide clear instructions to patients on the proper use, storage, and potential side effects of medications.
- Offer guidance on fertility-specific medications and related treatments.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain adequate stock of IVF medications, including hormones, injectables, and supplements.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely reordering of supplies.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with inventory standards.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure all medications are stored, dispensed, and recorded as per government and clinic regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation, including purchase records, prescriptions, and patient logs.
- Adhere to all applicable healthcare laws and pharmacy protocols.
- **Collaboration with Medical Team**:

- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Clarify prescription details with physicians when necessary.
- Participate in patient education programs related to fertility treatments.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Regularly verify the accuracy of prescriptions and dosage requirements.
- Ensure medications meet quality standards and are free from contamination.
- Provide solutions for managing adverse drug reactions or contraindications.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
- A valid state pharmacy license.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or IVF setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of fertility-related medications and hormone therapies.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy software for inventory and prescription management.

- Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

**Compensation**
- Competitive salary and benefits as per company policy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,745.38 - ₹23,350.61 per month
