**Job Title**: Medical Representative (MR)**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Organize appointments and meetings with healthcare professionals.
- Deliver product presentations and provide scientific information to medical professionals.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Attend company meetings, training sessions, and medical conferences as required.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver’s license (if required for territory travel).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

**Work Environment**:

- Field-based role requiring regular travel.
- May involve working irregular hours depending on doctor availability.

**Compensation**:

- Base salary + performance-based incentives/bonuses
- Allowances (travel, communication, etc.)

Pay: ₹8,744.94 - ₹48,935.45 per month
