Job Title Medical Representative MR Job Summary We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Medical Representative to promote and sell our company s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors pharmacists and other medical professionals while driving sales performance and brand awareness within their assigned territory Key Responsibilities Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals doctors pharmacists hospitals clinics Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers Execute sales and marketing strategies effectively to meet or exceed sales targets Organize appointments and meetings with healthcare professionals Deliver product presentations and provide scientific information to medical professionals Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback Attend company meetings training sessions and medical conferences as required Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Requirements Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences or a related field Proven experience as a Medical Representative or similar role is preferred Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven approach Valid driver s license if required for territory travel Preferred Skills Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare industry Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools Work Environment Field-based role requiring regular travel May involve working irregular hours depending on doctor availability Compensation Base salary performance-based incentives bonuses Allowances travel communication etc Medical and other benefits as per company policy Job Type Full-time Pay 8 744 94 - 48 935 45 per month Work Location In person
