**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our inside sales team at the fresher level. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals through effective communication and persuasion techniques. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the field of sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively generate leads through telephone calls, website searches, and expo visits.
- Qualify incoming leads to determine potential business opportunities.
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with prospects and expand the company’s reach.
- Identify and evaluate new lead sources to diversify the prospect pool.
- Maintain fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi for effective communication with clients.
- Manage social media handles on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Utilize MS Office tools proficiently for data management and reporting purposes.
- Conduct visits to industry clusters and corporate offices to establish connections and acquire leads.
- Utilize WhatsApp marketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote company services.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
