About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented **Growth Hacker** to help us scale rapidly. You will work at the intersection of **marketing, product, and data**, using experimental approaches to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

As a growth hacker, your mission is simple**:find scalable ways to grow the business** using low-cost, high-impact strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and run **growth experiments** to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Identify and optimize key growth funnels (AARRR: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
- Analyze user data and customer behavior to uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Work with product and engineering teams to implement **growth loops, viral features, onboarding flows**, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc., for **data analysis and reporting**.
- Own key KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, and engagement.
- Stay ahead of trends and hacks in digital marketing and startup growth

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
