- Recruit, screen, and train new agents.
- Analyze performance and create action plans.
- Build strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Lead a team of advisors.
- Motivate advisors to achieve their targets.
- Provide training and guidance to the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹215,000.00 - ₹315,000.00 per year
