**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and the clinic team, including doctors and support staff.
- Improve customer satisfaction by proactively engaging with clients before, during, and after procedures.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy in client data and history.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Handle escalations professionally, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to develop customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct periodic follow-ups with clients to assess post-procedure satisfaction and offer further assistance.
- Monitor online reviews, ratings, and feedback, responding appropriately to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Train and guide front-office and customer care teams on best practices for client interaction and service delivery.
- Generate reports on customer satisfaction levels, complaints, and resolution timelines.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer relations, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and local languages.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
