**Responsibilities**:

- Defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weakness
- Co-ordination with existing customers for order follow-up, Improving the sale of existing markets/customers
- Order booking - Planning for the material dispatch.
- Coordination with plant and office for material planning, dispatch, and delivery.
- Attend customer complaints; follow up with plant on cause/solution for the quality Complaint.
- Product-relevant feedback on customer needs & and their requirements.
- Maintaining close coordination with customer’s user dept.
- Maintain receivables within agreed norms. Follow up & and collection of payment.
- New product development (Lesser weight preforms, Crates, IML containers, etc..,.).
- Developing new market segments (Dairy, Oil industry, Paint industry, FMCG industry..,)
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; and coordinating new product development.
- Pricing and Proposal for new customers.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
