**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and process invoices using the company’s ERP system (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
- Ensure all billing data such as product/service details, taxes, discounts, and payment terms are correctly entered into the ERP.
- Review sales orders, delivery notes, or service completion reports before billing.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations teams to verify billing information.
- Handle customer billing queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Track and follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collection activities.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation within the ERP.
- Prepare periodic reports on billing status, accounts receivable, and other financial data.
- Assist during audits and support compliance with internal and external financial regulations.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a billing/accounts role with hands-on ERP experience.
- Industry-specific billing knowledge (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, etc.)
- Certification in any ERP system (e.g., SAP FICO, Tally, etc.)
- Experience in handling large volumes of transactions through ERP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
