Role - **Safety Valve Technician**

Required skill set:
**Dismantling of valve at allocated work location**

**Cleaning, sight lapping, replacement of damaged parts, Blue matching of lapped seats and final assembly.**

**The original measurements of the safety valve shall be recorded for before dismantling**

**the lapping procedure shall be done as per available seat margins.**

**Trueness /runout of the spindle shall be checked.**

**POP Up test of PSVs by Nitrogen/ water**

**seat leak test as per ASME sec VIII Standard.**

**Mating flanges, test flanges vendors scope.**

Location**:

- **Chennai

Package**:

- **25k to 30k

Experience - 3 to 4 yrs

**Note - Overhauling of different types of valves at site during plant overhauling or shutdown ( Important experience required )**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
