**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and basic civil repairs within the apartment premises.
- Attend resident maintenance complaints and resolve them efficiently and courteously.
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems and common areas.
- Repair and maintain water supply systems, sanitary fittings, lighting fixtures, and AC units.
- Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance schedules.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns such as power outages, water leaks, or equipment failures.
- Maintain records of all repairs, replacements, and maintenance performed.
- Coordinate with vendors and external contractors when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in apartment or residential facility maintenance.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or related technical trade.
- Good knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing lines, pumps, valves, switches, and HVAC systems.
- Basic knowledge of civil maintenance, painting, and carpentry is an added advantage.
- Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely.
- Customer-focused attitude with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, or on-call duty if required.
