Required Qualification ITI - Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics
Work Experience 5 YEARS MINIMUM
Preferred Industrial background VALVE INDUSTRY
Age 25-35

Job Summary (Areas of Responsibility)
- Familiar with tools and machinery required to perform daily actuation duties.
- Experience in working with various valves and actuators, whether pneumatic,
hydraulic, or electric.
- Should be able to know the calibration Requirement for Different make Positioners.
- Follow all schematics and documented procedures in accordance with all Quality
- Good reading, writing and interpersonal skill.
- Able to use All kinds of Power Source and do Simple wiring to perform their Duties.
- Should be Able to use all kind of Tube bending and Connection Fitting to make
Valve operable.
- Should have the knowledge to set and operate Torque Wrench.
- Good reading, writing and interpersonal skill.
- Ensure all safety and quality practises are followed without fail.
- Maintain neat clean and orderly appearance with Basic 5’S knowledge
- Ensure Production goals are met.
- Ability to work extended hours/over-time as needed.
- Ensure proper and full-time use of PPE.
- Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly, and testing of
valves at facilities and client locations.
- Able to do trouble shooting and rectifying problem on Customer Sites.
- Able to operate Stopwatch to meet Customer timing Requirement.
- Communicate timely updates to management, co-workers, and customers to
ensure timely and successful completion of job responsibilities.
- Works closely with co-workers, management, and safety coordinator to ensure
compliance with EHS and OSHAS and other safety regulation

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand,
walk, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- The employee is repeatedly required to climb vertical ladders.
- The employee is also regularly required to talk, hear, or smell as well as use hands
to finger, handle, or feel.
- The employee is regularly required to sit.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift
and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Regularly swings a 10pound hammer. Specific vision abilities required by this job
include close vision, distance vision, colour vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Salary Range: As per market
Physical Requirement: Fully fit
Work Environment: Shift basis
