
Sales & Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, and outbound sales activities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Identify potential clients and create tailored solutions based on their business needs.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultative sales meetings.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast sales activity accurately.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
- Understand client pain points and business challenges to propose the best ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with the project management and implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions post-sale.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, ERP technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product improvements and new features based on market feedback.
- **Sales Collateral & Proposal Development**:
- Prepare and present high-quality proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Assist in creating sales presentations, collateral, and demo environments.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, messaging, and service delivery.
- Provide feedback to the product team regarding client needs, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
