**Job Description** US Healthcare Recruiter**
**Location**: Noida Sector 58, UP, India
**Shift**: CST Zone
|**alary**: Depending on relevant experience and skills plus month performance incentives
- Provides administrative support to assigned Recruiter.
- Conduct VMS submissions and related activities.
- Assist with credentialing, housing, and timesheet processes as required.
- Coordinates with internal departments to ensure all personnel requirements are completed accurately and timely.
- Consistently meet or exceed established individual and team goals.
- Post open jobs onto job boards as directed by Recruiter.
- Collaborate with team on a daily basis to discuss your progress, including incoming leads and any other issues.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment with shared goals.
- Find satisfaction in helping team members achieve their goals.
- Sales-driven. Understands sales and sees it as the result.
- Adheres to a culture of professionalism, operational excellence, and drives for results.
- Prioritizes changing demands, multi-tasks, and creatively meets deadlines in a dynamic but independent environment.
- Assumes and executes additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Organizational agility. Knows how to get things done both through formal channels and informal methods.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative and office experience required. Customer service, human resources, staffing, or recruitment experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products, internet job boards, and internet recruiting.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong believer in documentation and details.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skills.
