**Job Description: US Healthcare Recruiter**

**Location: Sector 6, Noida, Pin Code: 201301**

**Shift timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM ( night Shift )**

**Experience: 0-2 Year**

**Requirements**:

- Proficient negotiation skills.
- A business-related degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computers and various online databases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilizing diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social networks, referrals, and other outlets.
- Demonstrating knowledge of staffing and scheduling.
- Organizing and coordinating workload among clinical staff, clients, and internal team members.
- Collaborating with and assisting the team when needed.
- Willingness to contribute to other office duties and support a collaborative team environment.
- Going the extra mile with a positive attitude to meet assigned goals.
- Fulfilling any additional duties assigned by the Executive Team.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Solid prior experience recruiting for hospitals and long-term care facilities in an agency setting.
- Proven ability to identify, source, and recruit healthcare professionals ranging from staff level to leadership positions.
- Experience in staffing CNAs, CMAs, LPNs, RNs, and other healthcare roles.
- Familiarity with both non-clinical and clinical backgrounds, including but not limited to Registered Nurses, Therapists, Psychologists, Nurse Practitioners, etc.
- Ability to assist in coordinating interviews, onboarding, and other HR functions.
- Previous experience in recruiting using job boards, referral sources, and a deep understanding of nursing, healthcare, credentialing, interviewing, and full-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent professional communication skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy; experience with MSPs is a plus.
- Capability to work independently, collaborate within a team, and meet established goals.
- Results-oriented self-starter who can manage deadlines effectively.
- Preferred experience with MSPs and ATSs.
- Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, and related research techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
