**Mode : Work from Office**

**US Shift: 6PM- 3AM IST**

**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in Information Technology
- Ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to meet business objectives
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and metrics to drive recruiting decisions
- Understanding of EEO and other employment laws and regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
