**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competition.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve market reach.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and services.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in **sales, business development, or account management** (experience in [insert specific industry if applicable] preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or market visits.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
