We are looking for a skilled Legal and Compliance Officer with experience in FinTech, who will be responsible for ensuring that our company operates within the law and complies with regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice on various corporate and regulatory matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to the FinTech industry.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory updates, and develop internal compliance policies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage compliance audits and investigations to identify potential risks.
- Oversee the company’s data protection and privacy policies.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage licensing requirements.
- Maintain records of legal documents and ensure that the company remains compliant with changes in regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory obligations.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably within the FinTech industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, financial, and regulatory laws.
- Experience drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
- Familiarity with FinTech industry regulations, data privacy laws, and financial compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in the FinTech sector or handling regulatory compliance in a technology-driven financial environment.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations, particularly related to digital payments or transactions.
