- This role will be an integral member of the Aarti Industries Limited
- Group Legal, who will work both autonomously and in close collaboration with internal/external stakeholders/attorneys & counsels, management and legal team members, to provide overall legal assistance and support for the company’s needs.**Key Role & Responsibilities**
- 1. Assist and enable the Legal Group with swift Turn Around Time (TAT) in Legal research and preparing case for opinions, memoranda and briefing documents based on in-depth judgments and analysis
2. Real time mapping of regulatory footprint applicable to the Company and plugging in Compliance tool to ensure checklist is complete in Timely Manner.
3. Legal updates and newsletters to business
4. Rolling out digital tools for litigation, IPR, Real Estate and Contract Management.
5. Facilitating data migration and integration in digital tools, creating repository and post rolling, analysis and management reporting.
6. Plan and execute compliance audits at company locations, preparing draft report
7. Monitoring and managing Litigations and current trend applicable to business.
8. Coordinating with external counsel and advocates
9. Drafting,reviewing, vetting and providing inputs to litigation pleadings, contracts show cause notices, NDA’s LOI, MOU and other legal documents.
10. End to End responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks
11. Legal Risk management framework
12. Collaboration and Co-ordinating for inputs from internal stakeholders.**Job specification**

- LLB/LLM/Solicitors Diploma in IPR
- *Premier Legal Institute like GLC, NLS,NLU,Jindal Law School,ILS Pune or Symbiosis Pune.**Certifications/Trainings**
