Job description

We are looking to hire a manager for our medical team who has experience as a medical records reviewer with the ability to prepare medical chronology & narrative summaries.

**Position**: Manager

**Experience**: Between 3 to 5 years

**Work Responsibilities**:
Responsible for researching, writing, and analyzing medical reports.
Identifying and classifying various types of medical records by capturing information related to history and presenting the event in the most appropriate.
Performing case analysis activity as per SOP and doing peer review (quality check).
Prioritizing workloads and ensuring cases are processed within defined timelines.

**Desired Skills**:
Proficiency in the English language and good analytical skills.
Understanding of medical terminology and having basic knowledge of drugs, medical devices, and common medical treatment procedures.
Typing speed of minimum 25 WPM.
Ability to work independently as well as handle a team and coordinate with the client directly.
