**Responsibilities**:

- Document all physician-patient interactions in real-time during consultations.
- Accurately update patient information in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Prepare and organize patient charts prior to appointments.
- Retrieve diagnostic test results, lab work, and imaging records for review.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks when needed.
- Collaborate with medical staff and office team for smooth clinic operations

**Requirements**:

- Associate degree in health sciences is a plus.
- Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a clinical setting preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and EHR systems.
- Excellent listening and typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with medical software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient data with discretion.
