**Job Requirements: Virtual Scribe**
- Medical Background (MD, MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS )with experience in US Healthcare min of 2 years.
- Experience in doing Medical scribing for at least 1 years.
- Pro efficient in ICD 10 and CPT and HCC Coding (optional)
- AAPC Certification CPC or CPMA.

**JD: Virtual Scribe**
- Provide detailed documentation of providers interaction with patient
- To keep track of patients medical, lab and test reports and deliver that information when necessary.
- To assist the clinician in filling out charts, forms and documentation necessary.
- To respond to messages and questions for the doctor regarding the patient in question.
- Make sure all patients charts are completed and necessary coding and billing is done.(In depth knowledge of ICD and CPT coding is a must)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
