Digital Marketing Executive - Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Execution - Define objectives, target audiences, and channel mix; launch and monitor campaigns from ideation to optimization. ¹
- Performance Analysis - Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools to track KPIs, ROI, and user behavior; run A/B tests and multivariate experiments to refine tactics. 
- Content & Creative Collaboration - Partner with creators and designers to produce engaging copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with brand voice and drive conversions. ³
- Social Media Management - Build and schedule posts, monitor community interactions, and grow follower bases while tracking engagement metrics. 
- Budget & Vendor Oversight - Allocate spend across channels, negotiate with media agencies, and ensure cost‑effective ROI. ⁴
- Trend & Technology Vigilance - Stay current with emerging platforms, algorithm updates, and best‑practice tools to keep strategies fresh. 
- Reporting & Insight Sharing - Deliver regular performance reports to leadership and cross‑functional partners, highlighting successes and actionable recommendations. 

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are a plus. ⁵
- Analytical & Creative: Strong data‑analysis ability, critical thinking, and creative storytelling for diverse digital assets. 
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written/verbal skills; comfortable coordinating with design, product, sales, and external vendors. 
- Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
