Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing & PR Executive to manage digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, social media communication, and public relations for LeBrands.Space.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with digital tools, comfortable engaging with influencers and media houses, and capable of executing both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Performance Campaigns

  • Plan and execute digital ad campaigns, reels, and video creatives with production partners.
  • Manage daily content publishing on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain consistent branding.

Influencer Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Identify, approach, and onboard influencers and creators across multiple niches.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns from concept to posting, ensuring creative quality and brand alignment.
  • Maintain relationships with micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.
  • Guide influencers through onboarding, briefing, and script verification.

Public Relations & Media Outreach

  • Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, and PR agencies.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, campaign updates, and feature stories.
  • Coordinate with D2C brands and digital communities for collaborative campaigns.
  • Broadcast platform updates, feature launches, and promotional opportunities to brand owners.

Offline & Community Marketing

  • Plan and manage on-ground events, pop-up stalls, and university engagement programs.
  • Drive awareness through campus activations and community partnerships.

Customer Growth & Analytics

  • Develop influencer-led referral programs and contests to increase registrations.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all marketing communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, PR, or Influencer Collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for Indian D2C and lifestyle brands.

Compensation and Growth

  • Base Salary: ₹20,000 to 25,000 per month
  • Performance review after 3 months with potential salary revision
  • Opportunity to advance to Marketing & PR Manager within 6–12 months
